Putting on a face mask is a great way to rejuvenate skin and reduce the stress on your face. Some people prefer to do it when needed, some a couple of times in a week. Doing the latter means you need to stock up on your face masks and have them ready for your spur-of-the-moment beauty sessions.
But who says you need to spend so much to keep your skin clean and healthy? These DIY face masks will help put a glow on your skin without emptying your purse and will only need ingredients you can already typically find from your kitchen.
Glowing Skin Face Mask
This face mask’s main ingredients are cucumber, honey, and cinnamon. It takes but a few minutes to do this mix. You will need two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar, one tablespoon of cucumber, one tablespoon of honey, one teaspoon of ground cinnamon, and one teaspoon of baking soda. Once you gather all the ingredients, mix them all with the mashed cucumber until you get a creamy consistency. Make sure your face is clear of makeup before applying the mixture.
Using your fingers or with the back of the spoon, apply the mix to your face and massage in a circular motion. Leave the face mask on your face for two to three minutes before rinsing it off with cold water. Apply a moisturizer after to prevent getting dry skin from the face mask. You can do this regimen once a week.
