For the ingredients, you will need one pound of ground chicken, one cup of panko crumbs (or dry bread crumbs), one 1-ounce packet ranch dressing mix, one large egg, one minced clove garlic, 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce, five to six pieces of finely chopped green onions, one teaspoon of celery salt, 1/2 teaspoon of onion flakes, salt and pepper, and a ranch or blue cheese dressing.
To make the buffalo chicken meatballs, first, preheat your oven to 400°. Line a baking sheet pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it. Get a large bowl and mix in all the ingredients and roll into nice bite-sized meatballs. Place the meatballs on the pan and put in the oven for 15 minutes. 7Cheesy Meatball Sliders

For an accurate serving for a large group of people, you will need 15 slider buns, 15 cooked meatballs, two cups of Ragu® Traditional Sauce, two cups of shredded mozzarella cheese, three tablespoons of parmesan cheese, one tablespoon of Italian seasoning, and two tablespoons of olive oil. For this recipe, you will need two pounds of cipollini onions, peeled and sectioned, two large eggs, one cup of buttermilk, two cups of all-purpose flour, one tablespoon of paprika, one tablespoon of kosher salt, one tablespoon of pepper, one teaspoon of garlic powder, one teaspoon of cayenne pepper, and vegetable oil. For the onion dip, you will need 1/4 cup of mayo, 1/4 cup of sour cream, one tablespoon of ketchup, 1/2 teaspoon of paprika, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
Using a sharp knife, grab an onion and slice into the root section, letting the other end hold your onion together. Make pizza-like slices but not cutting all the way through. Cutting your onions in this manner gives it the “blooming” look. Do the same slices with the rest of your onions. Next, mix all your powdered ingredients in a large bowl. Next, take your egg and buttermilk, and mix everything together. Dip your onions in that mix to help get more flour coating on your onions.
